What you will be doing:
As a qualified Registered Nurse, you will ensure people with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, support your colleagues, and promote good teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, offering a good balance of routine and variety. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
* Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
* Providing mentorship and support to team members
* Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes, maintaining accurate care records
Skills and knowledge you will have:
* A relevant nursing qualification
* NMC registration
* Strong teamwork skills

Where you will be working:
Locations: 32 Studley Road, 1 & 10 Cutenhoe Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 1BB. You will work across three care homes (Ellenbrook House, Stockwood House, and Talbot House) in close proximity. These homes support people with eating disorders, providing meal and food choice support, a comprehensive group timetable, and higher levels of assistance with community activities. Recovery at Talbot House can lead to discharge to Stockwood or Ellenbrook House, which offer longer-term rehabilitation plans.
