About the Role
Vision for Education are seeking a motivated and passionate Primary Class Teacher to work within supportive and welcoming schools across Grays. Opportunities are available within both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, making this an ideal role for experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The Role Will Include
1. Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
2. Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
3. Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress
4. Managing classroom behaviour effectively
5. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and parents
6. Supporting pupils’ wellbeing, confidence, and personal development
Requirements
The desired Primary Teacher will have:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2
9. Strong classroom management skills
10. A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
11. Passion for delivering high-quality education
12. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
