The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at C9 Recruitment, you will be working alongside our experienced team to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions for our clients in the Transport and Logistics sectors. This is a great opportunity for individuals with B2B experience and those who have managed a full recruitment desk, although we welcome all ambitious and driven professionals.
We will provide you with comprehensive training, mentorship and the tools to help you succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, including new and existing business.
* Developing strong relationships with key players in the Transport and Logistics industry to become a trusted recruitment partner.
* End-to-end management of multiple recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
* Identifying business opportunities and negotiating contracts, with additional commission for new business.
* Hitting weekly targets and contributing to the continued success and growth of C9 Recruitment.
* Providing a top-tier candidate experience, representing our core values in every interaction.
* Building a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates & clients.
* Learning from seasoned recruiters and directors to advance your career.

Experience
* Recruiting: 2 year+ (preferred)
* Transport and Logistics experience is a plus but not required.
Licence/Certification
* Driving Licence (preferred)
