Head of Change & Transformation Audit
Location: London, Bristol, Norwich or York - Competitive salary dependent on location and experience
Are you passionate about driving transformation and making a real impact? We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to join us as Head of Change & Transformation Audit.
About the role:
You will lead how we audit Aviva’s most significant change and transformation agenda ever. You need to be a strong leader with a deep understanding of transformation and change risk management, capable of building networks to influence across the business. Your insights will shape how we manage risks that matter and deliver change that aligns with Aviva’s strategy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the Change & Transformation Audit Plan.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior transformation stakeholders across Aviva.
3. Communicate insights effectively to influence senior management decisions.
4. Guide and support audit teams across Group Functions and all markets.
5. Lead and develop a high-performing team of 9 audit professionals, including change SMEs.
Qualifications and experience:
1. Deep understanding of transformation and change risk management, with experience leading company-wide change projects or complex audits.
2. Extensive experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services sectors.
3. Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence up to C-suite level.
4. Proven leadership skills in managing, developing, and motivating a dynamic team.
