We are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive/Conveyancing Executive to join our busy Residential Property team based at our Darlington office. This is a permanent position.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
1. At least 3+ years' experience
2. A very good grounding in all aspects of residential conveyancing
3. Highly motivated
4. Adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the business
5. Ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively
6. Able to handle their own caseload
7. Exceptional relationship building and networking skills
