What you will be doing:
3. Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development.
4. Working closely with individual SEND children or small groups, offering targeted support.
5. Using your understanding of psychology to create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
6. Helping children develop their communication, social, and fine motor skills through creative play and hands-on activities.
7. Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included.
About you:
8. Recent sociology graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for working with young children.
9. Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
10. Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.
11. Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.
12. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
