JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Co-ordinator
LOCATION: Warwick
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our growing operations team. This role supports the function of the operations team identifying and nominating new processes to improve efficiency and ensure the best cost of materials.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process Improvement – review and simplify our operational processes. Lead on implementing change across the business.
* Supplier Management – Develop relationships and negotiate optimal terms for the business.
* Logistics and Order Management – Plan, track and expedite customer orders ensuring on time in full despatch both within the UK and overseas.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
2. Monitor supplier performance and evaluate new / proposed suppliers.
3. Driving new supplier / early supplier engagement for large and prominent projects.
4. Project support, ensuring materials are delivered on time, in full and in line with the project budget.
5. Review, oversee and implement new processes, including order processing and despatch.
