We're searching for a General Manager who can take this high volume, food-led pub forward, deliver consistent standards, and continue to build its reputation as one of Benfleet's favourite places to eat and drink. You'll oversee all areas of the operation, from service and kitchen coordination to financial performance, guest experience and team development.

* Confidence with financial controls, forecasting and KPI management
