The Role This is a leadership role for someone who loves both strategy and action. Youll manage and motivate an office-based sales team while also getting out there to win and develop new business .
Youll play a key part in shaping the business development strategy and building long-term relationships with clients in construction and related sectors .
Responsibilities Lead, Motivate & Develop a high-performing sales team
Own and execute the new business sales strategy
Identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals with new clients
Manage key accounts to maximise value and retention
Report to senior leadership with insight on market trends and performance
