A leading construction firm is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join its Belfast-based team as a Building Services Manager. Your new role
1. Lead MEP services across all project phases — from design to handover.
2. Manage cost control, change processes, andpliance with Building Control.
3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
5. Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing across teams.
6. Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
7. 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including 3+ years in a senior role.
8. Candidates with a background in MEP Contracts Management are encouraged to apply.
9. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire, security, and control systems.
10. Excellentmunication and leadership skills.
11. Experience in building operations is desirable but not essential.
