1. Competitive basic salary between £44,000 - £51,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

Duties:
12. Conduct high-quality panel repairs, replacements, and refinishing to industry standards
13. Work with a variety of vehicles, including LCV, hybrid, and electric models
14. Adhere to workshop safety standards and company procedures
15. Collaborate with a team of technicians, support staff, and administrators
16. Complete repairs within given timeframes while maintaining excellent quality standards
17. Support insurance and OEM partner requirements, including working on complex and high-profile projects
Requirements:
18. Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Repair Technician or similar
19. Qualified to C&G, NVQ, IMI, or ATA Level 3 in Panel or Body Repair
20. Full UK manual driving licence
21. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
22. Positive team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
