What will my working week look like?
You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses.
What will I be responsible for doing?
* Support the delivery of the monthly payroll activities within our HR Services and payroll functions, such as processing starters, leavers, salary updates, and contractual amendments.
* Manage statutory payments, pension administration, and payroll reconciliations.
* Respond promptly to pay-related queries.
* Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining HR records, preparing contracts and onboarding documentation, supporting recruitment administration, tracking absence, and producing regular workforce reports.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, audit standards, GDPR, and internal policies.
With a focus on accuracy, service, and organisation, you'll play a key role in keeping our HR and payroll operations running smoothly.

Salary and Benefits
