Contract Harvest Supervisor Contract Harvest Supervisor – Salads (FTC 6–8 Months) - Warwickshire / Leicestershire - March 2026 Start The Job: - Planning and coordinating daily and weekly harvest schedules - Managing harvest workflow to meet production and delivery targets - Supervising harvest teams and seasonal workers on a day-to-day basis - Allocating labour efficiently and adapting plans to weather and crop conditions - Implementing agreed processes and procedures across harvest operations - Overseeing quality checks, monitoring standards, and compliance - Ensuring health & safety and food safety requirements are followed - Liaising with management and wider operational teams The Company: A leading fresh produce business is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Harvest Supervisor on a fixed-term contract of 6–8 months, starting in March 2026, to oversee harvest operations during the peak season.
