The Head of Growth will take full ownership of the customer acquisition engine—leading digital performance channels, building a high-performing growth team, and directly shaping the strategy that unlocks the next chapter of scale.
The Head of Growth will:
* Build and execute the end-to-end digital growth plan
* Own paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok & emerging platforms
* Lead a cross-functional team covering SEO, CRO, creative, and lifecycle
* Oversee attribution and reporting tools (Triple Whale) to guide decisions
* Shape long-term brand expansion strategy alongside the CEO
You Will Need:
* Proven success scaling DTC ecom brands (ideally supplements, wellness or similar)
* Deep expertise in paid media, performance creative, CRO and LTV/CAC metrics
* Experience building and leading marketing/growth teams
* Comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced start-up environment
* A personal or professional interest in health and longevity
