Description:
Reporting ownership and lead for continuous improvement
• Management of the Data Lake which is the foundation for various workstreams in the organization – up to 17 countries across the EU region
• Owner of the external reporting suite, comms lead and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Management of further market integration and changes in cadence, look / feel of reporting views
• First point of contact for troubleshooting regarding data and reporting
• Training and upskilling on use of the tool in EU
Data & Contract management
• Responsible for managing all contracts in European Consumer Data set-up
• Understand landscape of current providers and data coverage / frequency
• Define current contract costs (and notice periods) by market and supplier – including interdependencies cross segment
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, change provider to existing for scale, redefine scope, ensure best fit for Food requirements
• SPOC for all external suppliers
Development of data strategy
1. Plot current data contracts across different the different markets ( Nielsen, ePOS, Panel, Digital):
2. Create map of data suppliers to ensure optimum coverage going forward, working across CMI and Category needs
3. Roadmap to integrate into the reporting platform and regional reporting
4. Outline cost implications across resource and technology needs
5. Identify opportunities for harmonization and driving cost efficiencies and derive future data strategy for the region aligned with key stakeholders
6. Collate recommendations for EU data strategy in collaboration with Senior EU Lead
7. Work with Global Data and Reporting Lead to drive efficiencies and enable focus on ‘so what and now what’ of category and marketing teams
