Job Description
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 40 hours Mon - Fri
Role Purpose (Job Profile):
Creating a schedule for production, that considers capacity and demand. Coordination of the Schedule to ensure efficient and effective flow of parts as they progress through the factory.
Provide feedback to Ops Planning on achievability of the list. Ensuring that production are kept loaded with work, aligned to the WO Due Dates.
Main Duties:
* Generate the production schedule for internal manufacturing, test and assembly areas to ensure parts are delivered on time.
* Collaborate with departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate resources in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
* Support high-level capacity planning to feed the Car Program planning process.
* Support weekly and daily capacity review and feedback to Car Program planning process.
* Work with Ops Planners to identify bottlenecks and mitigate any potential hold-ups.
* Support the implementation of strategy changes to improve OTIF delivery.
* Highlight issues with systems and provide clear requirements to TIG.

Qualifications and Experience Level:
* 1-2 years of scheduling experience
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
