We are seeking a proactive and organised Clinical Trial Assistant to join our clinical research unit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on site experience who can confidently support day-to-day study operations and ensure smooth running of clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities across the unit, including:
* Acting as the first point of contact at front-of-house for patients and visitors.
* Chasing and managing medical records and documentation.
* Organising and coordinating patient visits.
* Providing general administrative support across the team.
* Liaising with GPs and Physicians regarding study-related information.
* Supporting communication and documentation handling with study sponsors.
* Assisting with any other operational tasks required to keep studies running efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a similar role at a clinical research site (CTA, Study Coordinator, Research Assistant, or similar).
* Is highly organised, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Has strong communication skills and confidence dealing with patients, site staff, and external stakeholders.
