50 per hour (equivalent to £30,160 per annum), dependent on experience

Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with the option to work up to 48 hours.
Current kitchen operating hours are as follows:
Friday to Sunday: 10:00 am - 10:00/10:30 pm

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join our client's bustling kitchen. The role involves working two full days from Friday to Sunday, with three shorter shifts between Monday and Thursday. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
Ensure the production of high-quality food that the team can be proud of.
Lead and motivate the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food and hygiene.
Communicate effectively with restaurant management and staff.
Support the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, driving performance and maintaining energy.
Assist in the development and retention of kitchen staff.
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
Passion for delivering excellent food.
