Full-Time Psychology Graduate – SEMH Support Assistant
Are you aiming for a career in Clinical Psychology or Mental Health? We are recruiting a full-time Psychology Graduate to support learners with social, emotional and mental health needs.
You will gain practical experience supporting therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional wellbeing support
• Assist with behaviour intervention strategies
• Support de-escalation and regulation techniques
• Work collaboratively with pastoral teams
Skills & Qualities:
• Psychology degree required
• Patient and emotionally intelligent
• Strong understanding of behaviour and mental health theory

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
