The Role As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a varied project portfolio — from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and completion. You’ll work directly with clients, architects, and fellow engineers to ensure efficient project delivery and high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities include: Liaising with architects, contractors, and other design professionals. Producing detailed designs, drawings, and technical reports. Providing structural surveying and planning advice. Managing communication with clients throughout each project. Maintaining company standards of quality, consistency, and innovation. Working on residential and commercial schemes from concept to construction. Supporting junior engineers with ambition to take on a more managerial role. About You You’ll be an experienced and confident engineer who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Requirements: Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Competent in AutoCAD and Tekla (experience with Revit, Site3D, or Flow beneficial but not essential). Excellent communication and IT skills. Strong report writing and presentation skills. Proactive and capable of managing workload with minimal supervision. Some experience in managing/mentoring junior team members.
