Care2Succeed - Trainer Position
At Care2Succeed, we focus on enhancing the skills and competencies of individuals pursuing careers in Health and Social Care. We offer dedicated support in training and development for current care professionals and those aspiring to enter the industry. As a fully accredited national training provider specializing in Health and Social Care education, we serve care units across South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Northwest regions.
Due to our growth, we are seeking an additional trainer to join our team and contribute to our organization’s development.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of a comprehensive two-week induction program for new staff, ensuring compliance with service and legislative requirements.
* Collaborate with the Training Centre to review, develop, and maintain training content.
* Adapt training delivery to accommodate various learning styles, levels, and job roles.
* Provide learners with appropriate support, assessment, and reviews based on individual needs.
* Ensure compliance with Company Quality Assurance standards.
* Travel to various locations connected with the Centre’s operations as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Recognized Level 3 teaching qualification or equivalent (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
* Diploma / NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject.
* Relevant occupational experience.
* Experience in delivering training.
* Own vehicle is required.
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
* Awareness of legislative changes impacting training.
