Key Responsibilities Develop detailed product specifications and design components for volume manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tooling, prototyping, and validation. Maintain and update design drawings in line with tooling and departmental changes. Ensure compliance with industry standards including QS 9000, IATF16949, and ISO14001. Innovate within your product line, assess IP risks, and protect new ideas through the IDR process.
