Account Manager
Relevant Five is partnering with a rapidly expanding Digital Agency that is hiring for several Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day account activities for new and existing digital media customers.
* Collaborate with media sales personnel to ensure early success for customers and provide ongoing support.
* Schedule regular reviews with clients from onboarding through their first year.
* Interpret client needs and propose innovative digital marketing ideas, including expanding services and paid media solutions.
* Semonstrate early success and value, reduce churn rates, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Review and track initial media service launches, identifying gaps and enhancements to improve key performance areas.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through regular client reviews and portfolio growth features.
Key Qualities Required:
* Proven experience dealing with senior-level clients and leading meetings.
* Commercially-minded approach to digital account management and delivery.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including websites, CRM, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, PPC and social media.
* Experience in the end-to-end delivery of large-scale website projects.
* Proven track record in managing ongoing improvement plans for large websites and CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of an established team.
* Confident, outgoing, and capable of presenting professionally.
* Decision-making ability with accountability for those decisions.
