Key Facts: Role: IT Support Coordinator Location: Runcorn Hours: Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm (1hour unpaid lunch) Pay: From £28,000 per annum Contract: Permanent directly with our client Responsibilities: Allocation of Fault Calls to Field Engineers Effective allocation and utilisation of Field Engineer workloads to meet Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction Utilising Accounting package to raise purchase orders Provide ongoing feedback to the customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations on fault resolution Report Writing within the timescales to meet contract objectives.
