Responsibilities Manage diary and appointments for the Director. Support the production of papers and presentations in advance of key meetings and events. Liaise with the team to develop agendas for team meetings and write minutes. Be the initial point of contact for external callers. Support colleagues with Customer Relationship Management database (CRM). Coordinate meeting room bookings. Manage office electronic filing system and update as necessary. Manage and distribute any incoming correspondence, ensuring matters of urgency and deadlines are drawn to the attention of appropriate team member. Assist with delivery and marketing of online and in person events. Support Business and Events Manager with finance processes. Assist in the distribution of publications. Support Senior Media and Communications Adviser as needed, including drafting and updating content for the Welsh NHS Confederation website, designing newsletters and marketing information for events. Work with the wider NHS Confederation when necessary through liaising with colleagues from London, Leeds and Northern Ireland. Any other duties considered appropriate.
