What We Offer:
* Salary of £13.57 per hour
* Hours of work Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm or Thur 9-5pm and Fri 9-5pm
* Temporary, on going
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with established policies and ISO procedures for stock management to maintain appropriate stock levels aligned with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Monitor stock holdings for selected commodity groups to meet agreed service levels while maintaining target monetary investment in inventory.
* Coordinate with Trust Discharge Co-Ordinators to facilitate timely patient discharge processes.
* Authorize electronic purchase orders within agreed authorization limits.
* Expedite non-catalogue orders to ensure uninterrupted supply to customers.
* Assist in conducting perpetual stock counts as required.
* Liaise with Warehouse Receipts and key suppliers to coordinate deliveries and accurately record receipts in the FPL system to ensure prompt supplier payments.
Qualifications:
* 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
