Job Title: Document Controller Location: Newport, Gwent – Satellite Office (NP20) Contract: Long-term (18 months with potential extension) Salary: £18.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support projects in the South West. The successful candidate will be based at our satellite office in Newport, Gwent. Key Responsibilities: * Correctly naming drawings and issuing them to subcontractors * Uploading drawings to 4Projects and issuing notifications * Issuing and maintaining a drawing register * Uploading drawings/information to the MOJ platform for review * Assisting with general office tasks where required * Supporting other projects in the South West with document control Key Skills / Requirements: * 4Projects experience – essential * SharePoint experience – essential * Experience with MoJ projects – preferred * CSCS card – required * Security vetting forms must be completed prior to starting This is a long-term opportunity with 18 months guaranteed work and potential for extension.
