About the Role
We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a large, well-established distribution center based in Bognor Regis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting the storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products across the UK and internationally.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
* Loading and unloading goods using manual handling equipment
* Operating handheld scanners and following system instructions
* Replenishing stock and maintaining correct inventory levels
* Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
* Working to daily productivity targets and quality standards
About You
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable but not essential
* Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
* Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift
* Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
* Able to follow written processes and safety procedures
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 mins unpaid break
Pay:
£12.71 per hour and overtime paid at time and a half
