ReAlive - Tik Tok Shop Partner - Full Time Retail Shop Manager/Supervisor
ReAlive is a new retail concept based at Bluewater Shopping Centre, designed to bring the world of TikTok Shop into a real-life shopping environment. The space will host up to 15 trending TikTok Shop brands, giving customers the chance to discover, shop and experience popular products in person while also seeing them brought to life through livestream selling.
As well as being a retail space, ReAlive will act as a live selling hub, with livestreams taking place for all featured brands. This means the shop combines traditional retail with content, social commerce and live product presentation, creating a fast-paced and highly interactive environment for both shoppers and brands.
ReAlive is all about making shopping more engaging, entertaining and social. It is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys retail but also has an interest in TikTok, content creation, livestreaming and the social media side of brand building. Role
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, hands-on Retail Shop Manager and Supervisor to support the launch and day-to-day running of our ReAlive space at Bluewater Shopping Centre.
Location: ReAlive, Bluewater Shopping Centre
Job Type: Full-time - starting on a temporary contract
Salary: £14.25-£16 p/h dependant on role & experience with a discretionary sales commission
Hours: Approx. 39–40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts
Working Pattern: 3 days one week, 4 days the next, including alternate weekends
Responsibilities
* Support the launch and day-to-day running of the ReAlive space at Bluewater Shopping Centre.
* Act as a hands-on retail shop manager and supervisor in a fast-paced, live selling environment.
* Coordinate with featured brands for livestreams and in-store experiences that combine retail with content, social commerce and live product presentation.
Qualifications
* Confident, hands-on attitude with retail management experience.
* Interest in TikTok, content creation, livestreaming and the social media side of brand building.
