🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive with 6–12 months’ experience in PR, media or influencer marketing to join our growing team.
You’ll support integrated campaigns for brands, rights-holders and talent across the world of sport and culture. You’ll get stuck into writing, pitching, planning and delivering campaigns — working closely with senior team members and learning fast.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
* Support day-to-day delivery across PR and communications accounts
* Write engaging press releases, media alerts and messaging docs
* Pitch stories and build relationships with journalists, producers and influencers
* Support coverage tracking, media reporting and insights
* Help plan and execute events, shoots and activations
* Contribute to brainstorms, campaign decks and new business research
* Collaborate with social and content teams across Soapbox
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 6–12 months of relevant experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong writing and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of the media landscape and how to spot a good story
* Passion for sport, culture and content
* Highly organised with great time management
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
* A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving agency environment

* Hybrid working: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in the London office (Borough / London Bridge)
* Office hours: 9:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday
* Occasional travel/weekend work for events or activations
