Location: Worcester
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour LTD
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available

We are currently seeking an experienced Prepper to join a busy and professional bodyshop team based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality preparation work on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepping vehicles prior to painting
• Masking, sanding, and priming panels to a high standard
• Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a professional finish
• Working to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Supporting painters and other workshop staff as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vehicle preparation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of tools and materials used in prep work
• A keen eye for detail and quality
