Game Developer (Frameworks) [$80 - $120/hr]
Experience with MonoGame, libGDX, and/or Cocos2d-x is a must have
* Design, build, and optimize game scenarios utilizing MonoGame, libGDX, and/or Cocos2d-x frameworks
* Collaborate with AI researchers to develop and refine environments used for training advanced AI agents
* Translate gameplay requirements into scalable, reusable code components
* Debug and enhance existing codebases, ensuring quality, efficiency, and performance
* Document technical designs and workflows clearly to support knowledge transfer across the team
* Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and sharing expertise in game framework best practices
* Effectively communicate progress and challenges through strong written and verbal skills
Good Candidature
* Professional experience developing games with MonoGame, libGDX, or Cocos2d-x
* Strong programming skills in C#, C++, and Java, with the ability to adapt to related languages and technologies
* Solid understanding of game architecture, optimization techniques, and cross-platform development
* Proven ability to collaborate in a remote, distributed team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear articulation is a must
* Proficiency in debugging complex systems and maintaining clean, efficient code
* Enthusiasm for leveraging game frameworks in support of AI research initiatives
Nice to Have
* Direct experience working on AI agent or machine learning projects within a gaming or simulation context
