HR Data Manger
Location: Leeds - Hybrid
Salary £60,000 - £65,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for an HR Data Manager to lead and develop people analytics in a complex, fast-paced organisation.
In this role, you'll shape how people data is collected, analysed and turned into meaningful insight. You'll build and maintain interactive dashboards, manage complex data sources, and deliver analytics that help leaders make better decisions across the employee lifecycle.
You'll work closely with HR teams, analysts and business stakeholders to improve data quality, design reporting solutions, and drive continuous improvement in how workforce data is used.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving messy data challenges, influencing stakeholders, and building modern analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
