Duties
CDP skill level
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control.
* Implement and uphold food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
