Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
* Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across multiple business units
* Lead and support complex change programmes, including redundancy, TUPE and restructuring
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, coaching, performance and organisational development
* Support integration activity, including M&A-related HR work (highly advantageous)
* Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice aligned to business goals
* Build strong, credible relationships at all levels
* Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
* Travel regularly to sites across the UK (essential)
