What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). * Proven experience working with students with SEN. * A flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching. * Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and students.
