Therole holderwillprovide a full arrears recovery service and aim to exceed challenging performance targets for the collection of tenancy arrears and recharges. You willprepare all documentation for legal proceedingsandprovide representation in the County Court for the recovery of arrears and attend evictions as required. You willalsoliaise with internal teams and external partner agencies, maintainrecords on the Housing Management system,and assistin the review of policiesandprocedures relating to rent arrears, rechargesand other tenant debts. You will have previouspractical experience of customer services, housing, income collection,or a related discipline, alongside experience of working in a target?driven environment.?You will haveanunderstandingof issues facing local communities anda good working knowledgeofwelfare benefits.Experience of working in social housing is desirable though not essential. You should have strong communicationskills with the confidence to representat Court andthe ability to develop effective relationships with customers.
