As a Team Manager, your goal is to represent and enhance high practice standards, through application of the Quality Assurance Framework, striving for continuous improvement within the team, service and organisation. This involves a multifaceted approach that involves significant experience and skills in relation to embedding and promoting person-centred / strength-based discussion, accurate record-keeping, risk management, safeguarding, supervision, leadership, and adherence to policies and procedures. With a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in a social care setting, you should demonstrate extensive professional development since qualification.
