Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Taunton Outskirts (own transport required due to rural location)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £24K PA
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm Fri (36.5 hours/week)

As the Sales Administrator, you will:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update customer and sales records.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Prepare basic sales reports and assist with data entry tasks.
Support the sales team with administrative duties and meeting arrangements.
Assist with creating simple promotional materials or presentations when required.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a sales support role (ideally within manufacturing or similar environment).
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn CRM systems.
