A leading Financial Services organisation on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a series of dynamic IT transformation programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled project professional to drive impactful change within a forward-thinking business.
Salary: Up to £80,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension & additional benefits
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver IT and Business Change projects across multiple workstreams.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and strategy.
* Ensure effective governance, risk management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimise project delivery.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within digital transformation.
* Professional PM/Agile certifications (e.g., Prince2, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent).
* Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
* Financial Services experience is highly advantageous.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
