THE ROLE: My client, a successful manufacturing and engineering company, needs an internal sales specialist to coordinate internal sales and customer account management activities. Using your strong communication and skills you will deal with customer requests over the phone and by email to manage the sales process to a successful conclusion and ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and satisfaction. In this role you will: Respond quickly and effectively to customer enquiries requests for information by email and other channels. - Manage the sales order process from quote / proposal to delivery and invoicing. - Build relationships and manage key accounts to ensure continued business and optimise revenue. - Liaise with external sales colleagues for a seamless customer experience. - Work closely with colleagues in all departments to ensure customers are kept informed at all stages and get the information required. - Obtain customer feedback for use in improving products, services and customer experience. - Maintain up to date product, pricing and delivery information. - Effectively manage systems and maintain accurate records.
