As part of the White Horse Federation, these schools want to give their students the best chance of success and inspire every child to flourish through an inclusive, all-through education. The suitable individual for this role will be inspirational and encouraging to the students that they will be working with. This role will include work on a 1:1 basis as well as support across the classroom. As part of this position, the individual will be required to work with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) students, therefore having previous relevant experience is desired - but not essential.
