About The Role
We are looking for a confident, highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Workshop Controller to support the Service Department in running an efficient and driven workshop at Bentley Leicester.
Responsibilities include overseeing high‑volume prestige workshop operations, managing retail customer repairs, coordinating Bentley Breakdowns, ensuring repairs are "Fixed First Visit", maintaining quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, and managing a skilled team.
About You
You ideally have experience in a similar role and can demonstrate an ability to ensure repairs are "Fixed First Visit" in a demanding environment.
You possess the drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, strong management abilities, and a passion for working with this prestigious brand.
