Head of Used Car Sales – High Wycombe
One of the UK's premier independently owned, family‑run car retailer groups is seeking an accomplished Head of Used Car Sales. This high‑profile leadership role is your chance to shape and expand the used car business in a high profile VAG business. Join a dynamic and ambitious team, driving strategy, commercial performance, and operational excellence across all areas of the used car department. This role allows you to make a significant impact, enhancing profitability, customer experience, and market presence while leading and developing a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Part of a strong leadership team responsible for setting and driving the direction and strategy for Used Car Sales.
* Full accountability for the used car Profit and Loss performance.
* Lead the monitoring and delivery of all operational used car commercial objectives, policies, and standards, taking responsibility for improving sales volume.
* Heavily involved in lead management, stock, purchasing, pricing, marketing, and vehicle presentation, driving the professionalism and performance of the department.
