* Experience gained within technology and innovation settings
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* SC Cleared
Within this role, you will have the following experience:
* Manage recruitment process and act as central liaison between external suppliers and candidates to maintain operational continuity and process integrity
* Review and Triage candidates ensuring a healthy flow of candidates are loaded on to our recruitment pipeline
* Manage direct oversight of the recruitment pipeline using current technology; interface with internal labs to evaluate and improve procedural efficiency
* Liaise with external suppliers and manage our internal team to schedule progress candidates through our internal pipeline
* Monitor candidate progression; conduct employment roundtables with senior leadership and interview teams to determine advancement and selection outcomes
* Coordinate scheduling and induction for new joiners, ensuring alignment with operational standards
* Manage personnel clearances and clearance transfers in accordance with security protocols
* Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and ISO accreditation through audit execution and procedural improvement
* Oversee optimisation of business processes across timesheets, invoicing, and policy management for maximum operational precision
* Manage supplier relations, office operations, and administrative infrastructure to sustain functional readiness
