PartTime Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Cirencester (officebased)
Hours: 20-32 hours per week (flexible)
Pay: From £13 per hour
This role is Temporary to Permanent
We are currently working with a wellestablished client based in Cirencester who is looking to recruit a PartTime Supply Chain Assistant to support their Supply Chain team.
This is an entrylevel opportunity, ideal for someone at the early stages of their career, a graduate or college leaver, or an individual seeking a flexible, officebased administrative role. Previous supply chain or logistics experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
The Role
In this position, you will provide daytoday administrative support to the Supply Chain function, including:
1. Supporting the supply chain team with general administration
2. Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
3. Helping with order processing and supplier communication
4. Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
5. Coordinating general office and support tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who:
6. Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
7. Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
8. Has strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
10. Can work independently while also being a strong team player
