Cliff Villages Medical Practice, Navenby and Waddington ⏰ Full-time – open to com pressed working days £12.54 per hour We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our clinical team at Cliff Villages Medical Practice in Navenby and Waddington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, welcoming environment where patient care and staff wellbeing genuinely matter. This is a full-time position, with flexibility to work compressed days to support a healthy work-life balance. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You will undertake delegated clinical duties, support patients during clinics, carry out some administrative tasks, and act as a chaperone when required.
