Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Marple, Stockport.
Let's talk about the role. It involves;
* Being the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.
* Generating new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings and financial services
* Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression.
* Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion.
* Support the branch on lettings when/ if required.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
* Experience in a similar role is required, high volume of sales progression is essential.
* Great customer service & natural selling ability.
* Strong knowledge of the area preferred.
* Full clean driving licence required & preferably your own car which is legally roadworthy.
* Ability to commit to working 1 in 3 Saturdays.
