Operations Manager – Hampton by Hilton
Hampton by Hilton is seeking an experienced and motivated
Operations Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional
guest experiences, driving commercial performance, and leading high-performing
teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
and develop hotel teams through recruitment, training, coaching, and
performance management.
- Support
delivery of hotel budgets, KPIs, and profitability targets.
- Ensure
exceptional guest service and effective complaint resolution.
- Oversee
daily hotel operations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
- Manage
labour costs, rotas, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure
compliance with all health & safety, fire, security, and company
policies.
- Conduct
weekly operations meetings and support quality assurance audits.
- Deputise
for the General Manager when required.
About You
- Previous
hotel operations experience at Head of Department level or above.
- Strong
leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commercially
focused with experience managing costs and performance.
- Flexible,
proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
