The Process Lead is responsible for managing the Daily Management System (DMS) processes and applying structured problem-solving techniques. This role supports employee development, helps build capability, and involves recommending actions to prevent or reduce losses. Decision-making will be in collaboration with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead.

What will you be doing?
Develop and own the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines, focusing on performance and efficiency.
Identify equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads, and site teams to share knowledge, coach best practices, and build operational capability.
Work to eliminate machine losses, optimize changeover procedures, and improve daily line performance.
Analyze machine data, implement countermeasures, and evolve data capture and reporting systems.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
Strong knowledge of process control and a natural curiosity for problem-solving.
Effective communication, collaboration, and coaching skills that enhance team performance.
Experience in training others, using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools, and driving change through initiative and teamwork.
Experience as an Advanced Team Member or Equipment Owner is beneficial, but eager learners are welcome.
